Montgomery Energy Connection is bringing the 2026 FeBREWary Bulb Crawl to local breweries. This series of pop-up events invites residents to exchange old bulbs for energy-efficient LEDs, learn simple ways to improve home comfort, and enjoy a drink while they’re at it. Lighting accounts for about 12% of an average home’s electricity use, and switching to LEDs is one of the easiest ways to start saving energy and money. Each event will also feature a local insulation expert available to answer questions about home comfort, insulation, and energy-saving upgrades. Think of it as a home upgrade on tap — simple, effective, and easy to enjoy.
